Google Search Console (GSC) Data & Public Leaderboard Consent
By connecting your Google account and authorizing Google Search Console access on getfound.lol, you explicitly acknowledge, agree, and grant permission to the following terms:
- Strictly Read-Only Access: We request only the standard Google read-only scope (
webmasters.readonly). We do NOT have permission to modify, delete, submit, or tamper with your Search Console properties, sitemaps, or DNS records. - Public Display of Organic Metrics: You explicitly authorize getfound.lol to process your 30-day search telemetry (including clicks, impressions, average positions, and calculated organic growth multipliers) and display them publicly on the getfound.lol Leaderboard, public ranking widgets, and directory profile pages.
- Data Security & Privacy: We do not sell your personal search queries to third parties. Data is used solely for computing leaderboard ranks and generating your personal SEO Kanban action board.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting a startup, or connecting Google Search Console to getfound.lol (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Right to Modify Platform & Terms
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, replace, or alter these Terms, ranking formulas, leaderboard categories, directory checklists, or pricing at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
3. Founder Submissions & Domain Ownership
When listing a startup or project, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner, authorized representative, or founder of the submitted domain. We reserve the right to unverify, remove, or ban any listing that violates intellectual property rights, promotes illegal activities, or attempts to manipulate search traffic metrics through artificial means.
4. Paid Boosts, Top Supporters & Sponsorships
All payments for Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) Supporter Boosts and Monthly Sidebar Sponsorships ($199 / $299) are processed securely through our authorized Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments).
Due to the immediate digital activation of backlink authority, leaderboard placements, and server impressions, all fees are non-refundable once the placement has been activated, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & SEO Rankings
The Platform and its SEO Kanban suggestions are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
While our directory backlinks and SEO action checklists are built according to modern search engine best practices, getfound.lol does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions, traffic volumes, domain ratings, or sales revenue on Google, Bing, or any third-party search engine. Search engine algorithms remain outside our control.
